Cathie Walker and Lewis are going to enjoy a weekend at a Best Western.

Cathie says she will use the $300 travel card at a Best Western either on Vancouver Island or in Seattle. “Now that I know Best Western has dog-friendly places to stay, Lewis will come with me,” she says. “I’m so excited. I really deserve this.”

Cathie also has two cats; she says they prefer to stay at home. When she is not traveling or playing with her pets, she oversees Victoriadogs.com, a site she created that focuses on off-leash places and dog-friendly events in the Victoria area, along with training and health articles. “When I got Lewis I couldn’t find local information online in one place,” she says.
